TwinStar members who open a ChoiceLine Home Equity Line of Credit to fund home improvements from their home energy evaluation will receive a refund of the energy evaluation fees.  The energy evaluation must be conducted before November 30, 2011 to receive the refund.  All completed energy evaluations will receive a coupon in the energy evaluation packet of information that they can present to their TwinStar loan officer at the time of loan application.
