With the EECBG funds, Thurston Energy will be expanding it outreach to businesses in Lacey as well. The main focus of this program is expansion of our services to businesses along the high-density business corridors (such as Pacific Avenue, Martin Way, Marvin Road, and some others). We will be offering the following services:

• Business walk-through assessments
• Lighting upgrades to access current utility rebates
• Water and HVAC systems evaluations and upgrades
• Building science-based energy use evaluations for eligible businesses

 

Rebate Incentives for Businesses

Thurston Energy will also be piloting a program that will provide rebate incentives to businesses that make upgrades to their energy systems. This pilot is still in still in the planning phase, and more concrete details will be available in the coming weeks.

Rewards Program for Lacey Residents

Thurston Energy is planning on recruiting businesses in Lacey to offer discounts or promotions to those residents of Lacey who make efficiency upgrades in their homes through the Insert Clever Name Insert Here project.
